Welcome to Isu Accounting LLP.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
  1. “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
  2. “The firm,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refers to our Company.
  3. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Isu Accounting LLP provides bookkeeping, GST filing, income tax filing, and tax compliance services to small and medium enterprises. General Terms and Conditions are summarized as under

a. Confidentiality
All client information and data will be treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without the client’s prior consent unless required by law.

b. Data security
The data provided by the client will be kept safe under stringent security protocols and will not be shared to anyone else except the employees of the firm, unless required by any law for the time being in force.

c. Service Accuracy and Limitations:
While every effort is made and utmost care is taken to provide services without any error or mistake and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the services provided, there are possibilities of occurrence of mistakes due to unanticipated human error. Clients are suggested to recheck the compiled information and final documents before filing of the same with concerned departments or submission to concerned authorities. Isu Accounting LLP shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, commissions, or mistakes of any kind.

d. Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of services. The client must review all documents and data provided by Isu Accounting LLP and notify us of any discrepancies or errors before they are filed or submitted.

e. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due as per the agreed schedule. Invoices will be provided, and payments must be made within the specified timeframe. Nonpayment within the due date may result in termination of services without any prior notice. Isu Accounting LLP shall not be liable for any kind of loss caused to the client consequent to the termination of services to the client due to non payment.

f. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for services with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.

g. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity.
Isu Accounting LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, levy of taxes, imposition of penalties or otherwise. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Isu Accounting LLP harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of our services.

h. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Andhra Pradesh. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mangalagiri, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.

i. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Isu Accounting LLP reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

j. By subscribing to our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
